If you are like me, you have an insatiable sweet tooth that persists from th moment you wake up till you go to bed. This Morning Musts lineup is all about protein-packed, macro-friendly, low-calorie recipes that satisfy your sweet tooth without the sugar crash. These bowls and breakfasts taste indulgent, but they’re built to fuel your body, keep you full, and start your day on a high note.

First up is one of my personal favorites: the Berry Almond Crunch Yogurt Bowl.

Fresh, fruity, and full of crunch! This bowl is my go-to when I want something light but still satisfying. The mix of creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and nutty almonds makes it feel like dessert for breakfast, but with enough protein to keep you fueled until lunch.

Next we have the: Chocolate PB Banana Protein Yogurt Bowl

For the chocolate-and-peanut-butter lovers, this one’s for you. Rich, creamy, and with a hint of natural sweetness from banana, it’s a decadent-tasting breakfast that secretly packs a protein punch.

Now its time for: High-Protein Baked Oatmeal Bowl

Let me hear you say MEAL PREP GOAT!!! Warm, cozy, and lightly sweet, baked oats are perfect for making ahead so breakfast is ready when you are. Each slice is fluffy, filling, and full of protein. Just reheat and enjoy all week long. I have so many more fun and delicious baked oat recipes (this is more of a base/starting one), so keep an eye out for a post coming later on to fulfill all your oatmeal dreams!

Finally I will end on an absolute classic: Vanilla Berry Chia Pudding

If you have a crazy morning to come, I suggest preparing this delicious nutrient packed pudding the night before. I love the taste of just the cool creamy chia seed pudding with the sweetness of the topped berries. Also it is loaded with fiber (which I need on days that I am especially stressed out lol) and protein to keep you satisfied for hours.

A few tips to boost your protein intake are just some quick and easy substitutes

Give them a try! These Morning Musts are quick, protein-packed, and low in sugar. Start your day fueled, focused, and happy. Try to mix and match flavor profiles throughout the week, get creative with toppings, maybe come up with your own go to recipe. All that matters is both you and your body enjoy every bite.

With Love,

Dina Shirazi
